"I went back, but not after choice. celebrating a friend bday they had reserved the people when we were there, there was not enough space for all of us. I ordered pizza now, how can they go wrong with order pizza!!!!! the teig was not...cooked, it was muddy the worse pizza I had ever had, president's choice frozen pizza is a winner who was raised to her. paid plus tip for a coarse pizza, my friends ordered pasta I tried every mouth that tasted tomato sauce like chef boyardee and the Alfredo sauce was casual and the pasta was dry. the next time, when our friend organizes a Bday party at giorgio’s, I will go to dessert only twice, is enough to eat from their conserven tasting. obviously people who go to dinner there know nothing about good Italian cuisine and the menu is very expensive."

"We went to eat at the restaurant once. Great food, good service. So decided to order a delivery last night. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM EL GREKO. Why? We called a couple times, no answer, decided to give their online order service a try. Ordered a 5:15. at 6:00, the food wasn't delivered yet so we called the restaurant. The employee asked us with which service we ordered, they proceeded to START the service on his computer since it wasn't even opened in the first place!!! So not having called they would have never known that we ordered. So he said that it was going to be 40 minutes of wait. Fine. Not impressed. 1 hour later, food is still not delivered. I called back, employee said they only had 2 orders and it should be ready in 10 minutes... called numerous times to get the same answer from the employee.. an other 10 minutes. We decided to order from somewhere else. The delivery from El Greko arrived almost 3 hours later! the driver said he was really busy and we have to understand how deliveries work.. Yes I know how deliveries work but the restaurant employee said you only had 2 orders for the night. Anyways, ended up not paying for the meal.Bottom line - great food if you go at the restaurant but awful customer service when it comes to pick ups and deliveries!!!"
