"Ugh! I am always down to try a new pizza spot and tonight when we found ourselves nearby we decided to check out Doda's. I hate to say while there were some positives it was more negative for us. Service was pretty good. We were greeted right away and the gentleman at the counter smiled and gave us a few moments to look over the menu on the wall. There are no paper menus that o saw to take to a table. The location is very small, but holds about four booths as well as tables etc. It was quite warm inside and wished the air was on a bit lower. we decided on the medium Doda's Special and a anti pasta salad with a few fountain drinks. My husband pointed out how I picked a place with no beer...strike one for me I guess, but not their fault lol. We were told they'd bring the food to us when ready. The salad came out first and here's my first negative depending how you take it. We told them we'd be dining in and they brought our salad out in a to go container with a few things of dressing, two plates and I'm assuming they want us to eat off the same plate with our pizza. I'd prefer at least a bowl with the salad and extra plates so that dressing etc isn't all over the plate when our pizza came. While we tried to eat there was a girl at the table behind us, obviously family to the owner non stop loudly taking on her cell phone. The ENTIRE time we tried to enjoy our meal. While we tried to eat and enjoy ourselves it really was so frustrating and again, so loud. That's just rude IMO. When the pizza came I will say it looked great, crisp looking crust and good amount of toppings. It smelled great. We had to wait a few moments for it to cool a bit and dug in. We each ate a slice and it was clear that with so many toppings the crust does get a bit soggy, but still good. I liked it. Peppers were fresh and that's one of my favorite parts about s pizza. Unfortunately after one slice each we asked for a to go box as the girl yapping away made it less than an enjoyable experience. I'm giving three stars for the pizza itself being good and the service at the counter. Next time take your personal call outside or at-least turn it down to a normal decibel. I don't think we'll be back, bummer."

"I had the pleasure of dining at Babbos last night, and food was great, but service was slow. It's a good thing we had a party of six for my kid's 13th birthday, so we had some time to catch up and play some games on our phones while we waited.The biggest complaint I have is about the slow service. It took a 30 minutes just to get our orders taken, and then another 45 minutes to actually get our food. Overall it was just under a two hour dinner (we were sat right away with our reservation) It was a bit frustrating to watch smaller tables come in, get seated, and leave while we were still waiting for our meals. But hey, at least we weren't in a rush, and we were able to enjoy each other's company.For your birthday, the restaurant brings a free desert on your special day. The baked cookie with ice-cream is definitely where it's at. Overall, the birthday boy was happy, so that's a plus. Our waitress was nice, but it would have been better if she was a bit more updating on the slow down at the kitchen. Despite the slow service, the delicious food and great company made for a memorable night at Babbos.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and they can customize the dishesDietary restrictions: Very knowledgeable and can customize most if the dishes. "We had overlooked a problem with a food allergy requirement (Mushroom allergy) and the manager himself passed to drop a new court as we were in the middle of a large business training. It is very rare to see that employees go beyond and beyond to problems such as this usually the ball is crossed to someone else (in this case they use a third party provider so that they could easily leave me to fight for a refund) Thank you for our experience a great one!"

"We were here twice now and both times they made mistakes on our order. For the first time, they forgot to add the chicken in a sandwich and forget to hand over the order to the kitchen. When I came to get the food they could? The hosts need more training and better customer service is important. The second time I ask for a complete order of Ravioli and paid for full order, but went home and opened the bag and sure enough they gave me a half order. I don't think I'll order more from here!"

"Ordered by phone for pickup. Asked if I could do a pizza/wing special (usually around 25-30 dollars) and sub in a Buffalo pizza. I was told it would be a bit extra understandably. I was charged over 55 bucks. I tried to explain the difference in the conversation/ price I had on the phone versus the price I was looking at on my receipt. I was rudely told I ordered it and that 's what it 's going to be. Wouldn 't hear me out and would not accept that I was told a different price on the phone. It 's Sad-I have been going to this place for over 11/12 years and have never been treated like this. Quality&customer service are on the decline. Looks like I have to find a new pizza spot."
