"Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order online and my card was charged instantly. It said the delivery would take about 45 minutes. I was more than patient. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, I finally call wondering where my food is. The guy on the phone sighs and gives me a big attitude as if this is my fault. He tells me he’ll put it in the oven now and that it will take about 20 minutes. Another 35 minutes go by before it arrives. I call back complaining that it took over 2 HOURS from the time that I ordered for my pizza to arrive. No apology, no offers of a future discount, nothing. He tells me he’s not going to argue with me and hangs up the phone on me. I have never been treated this poorly by a pizzeria before. Especially for something that was not even my fault! I would leave 0 stars if I could. There are plenty of pizzerias around here. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere that deserves the money and has respect for their customers."
