"I just ordered a few times from Fratellos, but I'm selling now. The pizza is absolutely delicious. Piled with toppings, and great recipe. What makes this place really great is customer service. I made an order for the whole house pizza tonight. I didn't see what this actually comes with the assumption that it was your standard super pizza. I got a call after I gave up my order to confirm the toppings, and they immediately listed the toppings that are most often removed from the whole house. Like anchovies, pineapples and hot stuff. Seriously do not think that many other places would take the effort to ensure that the order was exactly as you wanted. They went beyond and beyond and saved me seriously as the pizza was for a family dinner for my mother-in-law's birthday. Of course, dinner would not have been as good if my original order had been delivered as it was. Thanks for saving and the great pizza. You have a customer for life."

"My husband and I just ordered a tuna sub and tuna on a kaiser roll. The sub was fine, but my tuna salad sandwich tasted strange. First, there was a chunk of beef in the tuna salad on my sandwich. The kind they use for cheese steak subs. Second, the sandwichmade my mouth tingle. My husband tasted it too and he said his mouth felt odd also. After two bites of the sandwich, I realizedI couldn't eat it and threw it away. My husband called Eatos and spoke to someone who spoke to the manager. They said they'dcredit us $5 for a $6.49 sandwich. Terrible customer service. That's unacceptable. I've worked in customer service for manyyears and I would always try to make things right in the end. Eatos' remedy for this disgusting sandwich is inadequate at best.They can keep our $5 and put that money towards training and cleaning! There are plenty of better places in the area to orderfrom. Eatos is definitely one to avoid! Update: As expected, a generic response from Eato's. Folks, there is a lot ofcompetition in the area. If you want to stand out as a quality restaurant, you've got to do better."
