"I ordered for delivery a pizza and wings from their website. The pizza arrived cold; The wings were cold, soggy, and missing the buffalo sauce. When I called to ask to have the sauce sent out (since wings are not good plain), I spoke with the manager, Ethan. He refused to do anything to remedy the situation despite it being their mistake. He was rude for no reason, and then at the end of the call changed his tone to mockingly and sarcastically say Happy Holidays I will never order from here again. The wings just went into the trash so that was a waste of money. There are plenty of other pizza options around that are much better tasting and with much better customer service."

"Everything was fabulous! NY Strip steak cooked to perfection and so tasty- melting in mouth. Beautiful Chilean sea bass cut, flaked off and very moist. Spinach bed was perfect. Au gratin potatoes were luscious. Server was friendly, attentive and very informative. Best place for birthday celebrations. Your age percentage off entree within a 5 day window and a free pice of cheese cake. We both turned 74 within that window and each of us got 74% off!!!! The margarita style cocktail was fabulous too."

"We ordered catering for my daughter's graduation party this past weekend, and Delia was SO good at helping us pick a variety of items and sticking within our budget. Everything was wonderful! Guests loved it all. It seemed like so much food when they started bringing it in, but almost everything was gobbled up by the time we left. We were left with just a few pieces of pita bread, about 1/4 cup of rice, and a couple bottles of dressing. That was it! The hummus platter was scraped clean and not even a bit of lettuce was left on the falafel tray. We'd ordered 100 mixed pita wraps (they come individually boxed! , deboned chicken, rice, falafel platter, hummus platter, lots of pita bread, garlic sauce and salad dressing (we provided a salad . There was only one mix up; one tray that was labeled chicken shawarma without pickles was actually lamb shawarma without pickles. But all in all, everything was tasty and I will not hesitate to order from Palm Palace again should we have another such event."
