"I have been coming to this location several times and I have always enjoyed my visit here however. Today, I just feel as though the customer service was not there at all. Not even for other customers. Let me explain: I walked in wasn?t greeted at all. The girl with the ?Anti Social Club? jacket clearly made it obvious that she doesn?t want to speak to anyone. (I get it, I?m anti social at times also, but to wear this at an establishment ; what service or first impression would you give off to other customers? Anyway, I waited for her to speak to me. She just walked up to the register didn?t even ask, hi sorry for the wait, what can I get you? nothing? she just looked at me I was shocked. Like honestly. So I proceeded to order. She asked me if that was it I just shocked my head yes to let her know.. why would I talk to her if she obviously didn?t want to talk?? (I understand people have their days.. trust me.. but the vibe inside the place was just off .. it was as though the employees were not even happy with working with eachother? There was also a different customer that got her food said thank you and they didn?t even acknowledge her and I wanted to say thank you for the employees instead????? There is this sweet girl that had a white jacket on and she is short and has long black hair. But she was in the back cutting watermelon. I don?t know her name because there are no name tags and the dress code could be better ? but she is so sweet. So thank you for that mysterious girl thanks for the great customer service you have provided me when I was greeted by you and treated like a customer! ???? In short: (I will no longer be back here. This is definitely my last time at this location I don?t mind driving 30 minutes to the next one. I wish this place had better vibes. ?????????"

"On point seafood with the excellent service. I ordered Triple Your Lovin?s option of 1lb shrimp and 1/2 lb sausage, comes with 2 corns and 3 potatoes, for me and my two kids and that satisfied us. Their shrimps are fresh and large. Garlic butter and lemon pepper for the sauce can?t never go wrong. The restaurant is spacious and has sea feel decors. Sit and dine at the boat table if you like or take the bar. Large TV screens are for sport lovers. Servers are super nice and attentive. We felt welcomed when we came in and when we left. Highly recommended. Real plus : they are two minutes away from the awesome Epic Central Playground/ Indoor Water Park."
