"I have been a huge fan of mezza luna for the longest time until today. I ordered a pizza and garlic knots through the slice app with a requested pick up time of 6:45 since I had work until 6:30 p.m. When I got out of work I saw that I had recieved a message at 6:08 pm from Mezza Luna Pizzeria saying my order was ready (35 minutes before I requested it). I quickly drove pick up my order and take it home. By the time I got home (7pm) my garlic knots cold to the touch and the pizza luke-warm at best. While I understand my pizza WAS technically ready by the requested time I feel having it finished and boxed nearly fourty minutes before requested is horrible customer service and food safety practices. Sad as it makes me I am going to be incredibly weary of ever spending my money here again. I regret even not asking for for money back the moment I walked in."
