"I hate to leave this review because I actually really like their pizza, but the last 3 times I have been in this restaurant, the service has completely gone downhill. I understand there may be a staffing shortage, and I expect to wait a little bit. However, we waited over an hour, saw two people who came after us get served, and still had no pizza. I walked up to the counter to check the status and saw our pizza placed on the counter to come to our table. I watched our pizza sit on counter while the employees just kept walking by it and not even looking at it. After about 5 more minutes, I decided that was it. I asked the cashier for a refund, and to their credit, they obliged. Full disclosure, they ended up giving us our pizza for free to go. While I appreciate the restaurant making it right, I really hope that they can fix the problem of extended waits for pizza, and then letting it sit unattended with no urgency to get it out."
