"Very average Italian food for an above average price. Pasta everything seemed to be overwhelmed by Rosemary seasoning. Not as good as the ESM in Moncton but the service was outstanding and fast even when busy."

"Ate here again while staying at the hotel and I must say I was quite pleasantly surprised at how good the meal was and the service. For my meal as I was eating alone I decided to eat in the bar at one of the high tables. The bartender quickly acknowledged me and replied how can I help you my love . You have to love the Newfoundland sayings. Everyone is addressed as my love or my dear . I decided on the Salmon but I had requested that they cook it medium rare (as I always find some chain restaurants overcook salmon)! I ate this with a Caesar salad. The salad was quid good with tiny chunks of bacon and a very generous sizing. The Salmon came with vegetables and linguini with Alfredo sauce in a bowl. It was cooked perfect! Seriously amazing..... just as I had asked for. Many times I have eaten at ESM in Quebec or Ontario and it 's a real disappointment. Here was not the case! Service was excellent and I 'd definitely come back!"
