"This place, and their bagel store, needs better management ASAP! We?ve given them so many tries and always have an issue with our orders and yesterday was the last time we?ll order from them. Most recent issue- we ordered three hot subs for pickup. We waited the 45min to pickup our order. My husband went in to pickup our order and the three young kids couldn?t find the ticket. After searching for it they found it in the garbage and proceeded to enter it into the registerto have my husband pay but our food order was never entered into the system and they said we?d have to wait another 45min. My husband told them to forget the order. My husband went back in to speak with the owner and was told there wasn?teven bread to make the sandwiches. The husband and wife owners were both there and the wife said ?sorry, I?m not sure what you want me to do.? Not a peep from the husband. At the same time, another person was coming back because they leftone of the dinners out of his order. We?re locals, we ordered from here often but NEVER again!! Save yourselves the hassle and order from Marchionis."
