"We normally stop here when we 're in town, but today may have been our last visit. The bathrooms were unclean, despite the fact that there is a cleaning checklist on the wall, prematurely filled out (3 pm initials were on there already, though it was only 2:45pm). They missed a few things, likely by a week or two! Our service was marginal, perhaps they were understaffed today. I found the manager on the floor and the food runner to be less than affable. My fries were cold, and their replacement was wordlessly dropped in the middle of our table. My burger was salty, onions not thoroughly cooked, and the bottom bun was soggy and wet with grease. I felt that complaining would not be met with a hospitable response, so other than ordering new fries, I didn 't. Everyone is entitled to an off day, so I will probably revisit, but not anytime soon."
