"Received a Menu through the letterbox today so rang restaurant to see what meat is served and told it is Halal. I wonder if people know, or even care, that the animals are slaughtered in this manner. Many would not wish to have it. I enquired about the prawns and was told they were killed the same way do prawns have a throat ?"

"This is one of those places where the locals go because they're in the know. Food is totally fresh and the chefs skill is unsutpassed, and it's good when all the diners are saying the same. Service is a bit slow sign of a massively busy restaurant. Gordon Ramsey need not visit!"

"Ordered two waffles and two milkshakes, Took over an hour to arrive and there was barely enough ice cream to cover the waffle. Upon sipping the milkshakes they were extremely sour and gone off! They had lumps in and made me violently ill! Called the restaurant they couldn’t even admit the cream or the milk was seriously gone off! Don’t order from here unless you want to be very sick!"

"Now that we can walk to a decent curryhouse, we are visiting our favourite Bangladeshi restaurant in Bedford far less often, which is ridiculous when the food is so superior! Tonight all 5 of us loved our delicious meals. I had my usual vegan pathia, which was the best I’ve ever tasted, (always a good indicator of a great restaurant, when every time you eat there, the food is the best you’ve ever tasted! The bonus tonight though was being informed that they have stopped using ghee in their pilau rice, so now, apart from the keema rice, every other rice is suitable for vegans so I had the coconut rice . We’ll be back again soon!!"
