"I occasionally order garlic naan from these guys, it’s usually been cooked up really quickly, they butter it with different herbs to most other places and it’s pretty unique. Worth a try if you wanna try Indian that tastes different."

"Pictured is $50 worth of food. The dish on the right was cold, as in straight out of the fridge cold accompanied with rice flakes or something which arent overly nice to eat . The dish on the left is char grilled goat with rice bubbles? The side dishes were underwhelming. A small serving of spinach, 1 fried egg in a container, not 1 but 2 slices of carrot and some side curry thing which actually isn't that bad. The $3.50 naan was easily the best thing the came out of the bag. Super disappointed."

"The food is quite flavourful, I can only talk to the vegeterian options and they are relatively good. If you would like extra spice, you just have to ask for it and they will gladly cater for you."

"Not sure what the negative comments are about because I just had the best curry I've had yet and I've eaten a lot! Friendly and quick service. Tried to explain what I wanted and the chef whipped it up for me. Was a butter chicken tasting vege curry with cottage cheese yuuuuuum! Definitely coming back here."

"Looking for a nice relaxing curry and decided to try out Golden Curry Hut. It was a little strange to visit on a Saturday evening with no customers inside. Not deterred we went ahead with our order typical BIR order of Chicken Tikka Masala and Aloo Tikki. The order took a bit of time to come out, but eventually we had our food. I was surprised that the Aloo Tikki came with so much sauce I thought that I had ordered soup. The flavor was good so we continued. The Chicken Tikka masala, while tasty and obviously lots of fresh ingredients, was not the decadent cream and yoghurt based tomato based dish I was expecting, more of a ‘healthy style’ interpretation. While I accept that I may have unrealistic expectations, every CTM I have previously had made me regret my life due to it being so delicious I had to lick the plate clean, and this wasn’t it. "The worst indian place I've had in Melbourne. The butter chicken tasted terrible. We also ordered saffron rice and just got regular rice. Would not recommend."

"First time here and what a bloody good experience.<br/>I read the reviews on this place as I am always cautious about Indian restaurants that pump out bland food and charge plenty of coin, I have to admit, this food was exceptional and the service is very good.<br/>3 of us ate the premium banquet and it cost $106, I can’t complain about any of the dishes. The curry coconut prawn dish was by far my favourite.<br/>Give this place ago, it’s well worth it!!!"

"Very bad food. Briyani no flavour. Panneer tikka very big piece of capsicum d onion which covers the space to reduce the gravy. Chef special chicken tasteless. Totally waste of money. One star given otherwise I can't post my comment."
