"We ate here twice and also to their other restaurant Dunhill, in Agonda. The service was very slow on both occasions so much so that we had to listen to David Gray on repeat, the album was entering its third cycle when we paid our bill. Several things on the menu unavailable - possibly due to it being end of season. However, the portions are a good size and the Moroccan Chicken & Potato Salad delicious."

"We wanted to try some traditional Goan food and Fern's was recommended by the Lonely Planet. The service was good. The waiters advised us on spice levels so those of us who didn't want super hot were able to try things too. We had butter chicken, vegetable thali, kingfish in a local coconut curry and prawn caldeen. Food was good but not all of us would rush to have it again. Just a matter of personal taste but we liked giving things a go!! The toilet was lovely and clean - the females were impressed with the emergency female kit. Definitely a woman's touch here!"

"I always stay at Presley when I am in Via and eat here 99% of the time. The Chicken Kasturi Kebabs cooked in the random with a cheese and garlic Naan bread are worth the flight price on their own! The owner Simon is a great bloke and help you with anything. I was there for 3 month when there was no money in India and so I had 3 month credit for food beer and room rental, can't imagine many other places would give you a 3 month holiday on trust!Sanjay the main waiter is super efficient and after a couple of weeks I didn't even have to order my meals as he seems to be a mind reader. Or I just ate the same thing every night! The rooms are fine for the price, hot water and ac if you want it. Highly recommended for a few days or longer trips. A few times they let me leave my big backpack there while I went off to different places without having to drag everything with me which was also very helpful."
