"Booked a reservation online. When we arrived to Tiki on 18th we gave the host our name and was seated. We spent over $200 at this place to then receive a $60 cancellation fee to my credit card. I have called several times and spoke to Rico the Manager and have yet to receive my refund. They made a mistake on their end, but it is costing me time and energy. The food was just ok and the place is small. Not worth my time.Update: As soon as I posted my review. I received a credit. Mr. Owner, this would not be a topic of discussion if your establishment had not given me the run around about the situation. It had nothing to do with my bank. The moral of the story is for your establishment to provide an excellent experience. Be Better...Do Better.Passing my daughters a drink has nothing to do with my $60. That shows how immature you are as an owner to not focus on the topic at hand which is you improperly charged me. So did I get charged the fee out of spite???? And by the way, your establishment let her drink it. So you just as bad."
