"I've eaten doner all over the world so I'm always looking for good options.. and this place is pretty great. It's not the best, but it's tasty and I ate like 3 of these... Also it helps that this place is open super late so if you're needing to soak up some of the late night German beer, this is a handy spot to walk to and grab a bite. Wouldn't go out of my way, but if you're around its a great place to snag some food!"

"When we visited Berlin my partner was the only one of us fully Vegan. So the decision was made to see what Berlin had to offer in the way of Vegan delights. It turns out Berlin is packed with various food outlets offering menus having either Vegan options or being entirely Vegan.Voner was a bit a trek to find, but once we worked out the German street numbering I am pretty sure we could find it again with ease if we visited tomorrow. The food was amazing. The taste, the texture, everything about it. As someone who loved Donner as a meat eater, it was great to find a more ethical and still delicious alternative.The place itself is pretty small and only seats around 20 people (if that)."

"We went here with our two doughters (13 and 15 years old). The Block House is already for almost 50 years part of the tradition of Berlin. They serve excellent steaks. What we really like is the fact that the waitresses are older and do whatever they can to give you a warm service. We loved them!"

"As regards the bad reviews, we must say that we cannot understand them at all. we count among demanding customers and can claim the opposite with full 5 deserved stars! Why? Because the service is very friendly, fast and attentive (with heart blood in it/Chefin of the local). Despite the trubels, she had an open ear for us and changed again and again friendly words with us. the tapas were very delicious. we had raw ham, datteln in the speckmantel filled with a mandel, inlaid olive, green small paprika, garnel and delicious Spanish cheese. we would recommend this locally to all cases! and we will definitely be happy to come back. kivi"

"This place matches it's context perfectly, in a tiny lot these guys make it work The food is prepared before your eyes at a very high-pace through hard work.Pizza is really recommended, very price-worthy. Pasta is a bit of a hit or miss for me personally, but the Macaroni Spinaci one of my fav's! Ask for extra spices if you want!"

"First trip to Berlin - another berliner fast food treat. Basically gyro meat, salad, fries, spicy garlic sauce in a flatbread/mideast tortilla kinda wrap. The Berlin super burrito! Huge portion, great value, very tasty, fresh 'fast food'. Balli's is a take-away grill on Temelhofer Damm, no german, no problem, nice people. Ate this food several times during my week stay, this was the best. Note; I never tried Mustafa's Kebab, Berlin's best doner according to my local friends, as the wait was always 45 minutes plus, this place had no line. Really different, really tasty, really fast."

"It is of course a snack and no restaurant. prices are correspondingly low. half a chicken with pommes for 5,70 €. the chickens are super! well before marinated and super chess and crispy. not as stubborn as in other snacks. they are well grilled and tasty. also the pommes fries are crispy, you notice fresh fried fat! salatae are continuously freshly cut. all in all a super chicken snack!"
