"We read about Son Ming being one of the best regional Chinese restaurants in Western Australia in the inflight magazine en route to Broome so went looking for it. We weren’t disappointed.<br/ <br/ Dinner was mixed vegetables with garlic sauce, beef with black bean sauce and steamed fish with ginger and spring onions; nothing fancy. The flavours were great. It’s tempting to come back for every night of our brief stay."

"After all the radio hype and advertising an amazing new chef and menu, I was not at all impressed. For a quick lunch I chose the chicken schnitzel. It was one of those processed heart shape things you buy in Coles and a very, very watery jug of Diane sauce that was a very strange colour , with some tasteless mash. The best thing on the plate was the broccoli and carrots."
