"I've always loved eating at Red Lobster.. My fiance had never been or even eaten lobster before so when this tax season came around he decided to take me and my parents. We decided on going to the Florence one instead of the Myrtle Beach one and it was the worst mistake ever. I've never had such terrible service. Our waitress had to be asked to refill our glasses(I only ever got one refill and it took me asking 3 times to get it) and never brought us more than one basket of biscuits. My parents were brought their salads but I didn't get mine. Had to ask the waitress for mine 30 mins later for her to say I didn't get one even though I ordered it? We waited over an hour for food which is fine I understand it takes a while to cook lobster, steaks, etc. But our waitress told us it'd be out soon they were just waiting on our Mac n cheese. Bring out the food and the Mac n cheese is literally cold like it just came out the fridge. I dunno how we could have been waiting on that. All the lobster and crabs were cold and butter sauces were even starting to solidify. It was clear the food had been sitting for a long time. We don't have a lot of money so 30-40$ a plate is a lot for us and at the very least we should get hot food. I dunno if it was just a bad night or what, but I honestly will never visit this particular Red Lobster again."
