"West Side basically offers ride in food at sit-down prices. The menu is very simple, much less variety than most menus. The food is pretty ok, but not much of a value for what it costs. The service is friendly but very slow. It took 45 minutes to get our food. Frankly, you will find better tasting food, greater variety and much faster service at most of the drive to Hawaii and to a fraction of the cost."

"Burnt fries, average food,.over priced and poor service were the highlights unfortunately. We got the non alcoholic drinks, which was the only decent part of the meal. It is inside the foodland so convenient if you want to shop there after."

"Ordered a mini spicy garlic chicken plate and the chicken was super thick! Really nice and crispy, not very sharp, but still good! The Mac salad is not the best, but it's not bad. Will definitely order again from here!"

"Service was phenomenal. Eating was terrible, hamburger wasn't good and steaks were too hot. I asked that my steak is medium rare and it was made good with hardly red. Ramen for children was iron noodles, not ramen. Drinks were great, but all other foods were not pleasant and disappointing for a four seasons restaurant."

"We weren't staying in the area, but wanted to check out the lagoons, so planned a lunch in the area. La Hiki at the Four Seasons did not disappoint. I loved the aesthetic there, and the cocktails were fantastic. The sunburn seemed a bit pricey at first, but it was worth every penny. Bring lots of pennies. : They provide free valet for diners, but we actually scored a free city spot nearby."

"The rating is based on the takeout dish. We ordered the whole fried fish. It wasn?t cooked all the way in the center. Seems to be a favorite hangout spot on weekends. It was bustling with people and had a great vibe."

"I don't get the bad reviews at all. Lady talking bout how her steak is cut leaving 1 star, wtf? I love this place, Kapolei location especially. The steak is great! I always get steak and chicken plate double rice. I only wish they had a location closer to town. I live Waikiki so Kapolei is a drive, but Always hit this spot when going west side."
