"Every time I have a kebab from this restaurant, I enjoyed every bite! it is very fast in the production of food and to a very high standard each time. everything is well cooked and is in the usually still hot through the time I get home with. if they are looking for a kebab, this is a brilliant option!"

"They don't do kebabs, as kebabs are cooked on a spit , they boil the meat in the back out of sight. The meat is of the cheapest poorest quality, it's rubbery . This place is awful"

"We have been going here for quite some time as we live locally. From the minute Stefan showed us to our table the evenings experience just got better and better. We decided on the Chataubriand and it was excellent, cooked exactly how we asked it...to be. The wine Stefan recommend complemented it perfectly too and athough the restaurant was busy we were looked after by Christina snd Roxanne who even though very busy always had a smile and a word to see if everything was alright. On the drinks front we were ably looked after by Dragos and Ben and the rest of the guys behind the bar. It was a great meal in a great setting with fantastic staff. Thank you. David and Julie"

"Out with a few friends for a meal at the Grouse before Christmas. I told staff before I ordered anything that I had Coeliac Disease and that it was really important that everything I was served was gluten free. Each time a course arrived I checked again and was assured everything would be fine. I started to feel ill about 40 minutes after finishing dessert. I was pretty sure that I had got some gluten so, knowing what was about to unfold, I decided to leave early to try to get home as soon as possible. I didn’t make it. I spent 10 minutes vomiting violently in a car park and then continued driving. Didn’t quite make it home and left a mess in the car. Then spent two hours on my knees vomiting in the bathroom. This is the usual outcome when I get a large amount of gluten. A little contamination just leaves me feeling unwell. But this was not just contamination. It took four days to recover. I messaged the Grouse shortly afterwards via their website to let them know but to date, a month later, I have heard nothing. Pathetic"

"Sizzlers was recommended to us by several friends over the years, they totally undersold it! We started going in and have yet to find a Chippy that surpasses this one. The chicken goujons are especially good with batter that is golden, crisp and fluffy...and just the right ratio to the huge piece of chicken inside. Great, friendly and fast service. Prices are very reasonable and portions are big. Family deals, meal deals and lots of other options available. I highly recommend you call past and give them a try!"
