Whichever direction you chose to go, this felt incredibility authentic and seasonal, and every dish delivered a melange of delightful flavors. I had the pork cheek with saveurs d 'orient to start, followed by the Dorade fish with the most perfectly seasoned ratatouille and sauce vierge. Whereas the former was warm and complex, the latter was light and uplifting, Reverse that for my wife, who started with shrimp tempura, followed by the fillet of beef. Again with great presentation, seasoning, and balanced flavor. Finish it all off with strawberries and pistachio cream for dessert, and you 've got yourself a proper ending to fabulous meal.
