"This restaurant serves really interesting and different food. For instance as stater, we had a cold soup made of crushed melon with blackberry ice cream. This was excellent. So if you go to castres, try to visit this little gem (it's near the canal) but...I would suggest to book in advance as the restaurant was full very quickly ."
