"My man and I heard from this restaurant not far from where we live in florence, al and decided to try it on a laune for lunch. pretty. vegan. comfort. food. we started with a fresh limonade and a fresh mojito. our waitress also brought us water and illuminated the candle on our table. my man asked about the fried pickles we heard about because he had no since we were vegan. they were not on the menu, but the owner/cook made us something anyway and they were incredible. while we waited for the fresh to be made, my man had French onion suppe with smoked vegan gouda and home made brot. I had her vegan lobster bisque. let me tell them that was the first time that I had something “Seafood” since vegan became and this new england girl almost lost her lashes on the table it was so good! for most people, that was probably enough food, but we still had our escape to go! next, my salate and garlic bread were brought to the table. the salat had a kind of delicious berry vinaigrette and some homemade well-maintained wobble, while the house made garlauchbrot would have let my Italian glamour come back from the dig to eat! for our entrees my man had the juicy, tasteful double deck cheeseburger and crispy pommes, while I had to keep the drinking again over my vegan seafood lasagna. so creamy, rich and simple divine with a crispy cheese on the head. we took the rest of our food to go and ordered some cheesecake and butter pecan cake to go with brown butter sauce! while that was arranged, we had the pleasure to meet the owner and the chef himself, wife carlyn saunders, who with us about veganism, their history, the history of the bed"
