"Used to be good, but recently has been pretty garbage all around. Bad service waited at least and hour for pizza, and when the pizza finally came it was very disappointing. Would not call this restaurant authentic Italian when the pizzaiolo clearly has no clue what they're doing"

"I found it was not worth the money the pizza tasted like cardboard with not much toppings as was that bad even my daughter did not want to eat it. For the first time there I will never go again."

"Great. my brother, my sister and I have been going for a few years to farale and it is simply pleasant if not always spectacular. no, where (and yes, we have tried many places and alternatives, but disappointed) makes a better laksa. what the rest of the menu there is not much to complain even if they are picky. the service was wonderful, each time apart from the fleeting smiles and small talk during the busy time or haste etc. they were all smiles. perhaps the complaints were treated lawfully. great work team! "What a great little restaurant, clean, cool and inviting. The service is personalised, cheerful and informative, the meals were explained to us, they were served on time and the 6 of us really enjoyed the variety. We had a selection of Nan Bread, complimentary papadams, and shared the food amongst us. We had 6 dishes with two rice and Nans. Average price pp was $20:00 not including drinks).<br/>Great value for money, loved it, this is our second visit."

"What a surprise! We are avid curry eaters and Paradise definitely did not disappoint. Beautifully tender and well cooked. Warning tend to be on the hotter side so if you like Hot suggest Medium. Very generous portions Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40"

"Had a 50th birthday here and we were extremely disappointed. We ordered the deluxe banquet and found with 8 people we had at the table the portion size would have been best suited for 4 people. We had to wait a very long time for our food to arrive as did other people around the Restaraunt. We felt sorry for everyone else in the restaurant having to wait over an hr for food. We complained about the food and they sent us home with a take away lemon chicken. We were in the restaurant for over 3.5hrs waiting for our overall meal. There were many people around the restaurant complaining about the extremely slow service. We have been coming to this restaurant for over 3 years but has now changed hands. We will not be returning it's a shame as the food was good but not worth the wait or service."

"4 of us came to a birthday meal on a Wednesday night 21/9/22, we had booked in advance. we waited for over 75 minutes for our meal, which was ok as soon as it arrived, but away, much too late. we had eaten some of the hot rolls to continue and discuss how we ask for our money back so we could go after kfc when it finally arrived. I live in front of places and have been coming to this hotel for many years, where delicious meals are served immediately and efficiently. we missed our regular waiter and manager. eating slowly came out, a court at a time when we were watching and some people had not received their meal when we had eaten and gone. assumed, something was wrong, maybe the cook was sick or the manager was gone, but after many years eating in our local pub, unfortunately we don't like to ever enjoy again."

"12 monthes ago food was great as was service but tonight, 2 hr 45 minute wait for pizzas an they gave us a cold complimentary garlic bread because of the delay won't be back food wasn't fresh at all."
