"Open until 10pm . Tried to place my order starting at 4 times through the app starting at 9pm with 4 different payment methods including just pay at door option since there seemed to be card processing issues. Okay, it happens , I said to myself. Spent 20+ minutes doing this, Pizza Hut app said to call the Hut .Tried calling (as prompted right after the 4th attempt at 9:25pm to place my order over the phone, sat on hold for 8 minutes, at which every minute marker the recording told me if I didn 't want to wait I could order online . Gee, thanks Tips, how wonderful.You might be asking right now, how is this the store 's fault? Well, once I finally get through to a human, the service agent stated the stores don 't like to deal with people so they send them through to the national call center instead of answering! Lovely, and now I sat on hold for so long I missed the delivery window which ends at 9:30 (how interestingly convenient... and could no longer have food delivered, but not to worry , says the agent, I can go pick up. Oh can I? Can I really? *jumps in excitement*Now I sit here wondering if the store has the option to just decline an order because they don 't want to work. If not though, I guess maybe you shouldn 't have sent me to the call center and should have answered the phone. Don 't worry I won 't make you work again, I 'll take my wallet elsewhere."

"Wonderful local business! My husband is newly vegetarian and was so excited to find their menu which actually gives delicious unique options. Plus it's easy enough to just order pizza for the kids too!Will absolutely be back! (Watch out for that spicy sauce!! ?"

"Attended with my brother and his wife from Vancouver. Authentic pub-style restaurant. Service was excellent, and we had the choice to eat indoors or outside. It was lunchtime and the weather was nice, so we chose outside. The menu is quite extensive. I had the shepherd's pie. It was good, but not great. I look forward to trying more foods on the menu."

"Stopped in for dinner, dinner was good as usual. The unlimited salad and breadsticks is always a hit. It's a little bit crammed at the front door as well as the middle part of the restaurant."

"I recently visited Cobourgh and was sad to see that due to pandemic many restaurants and patios were closed or open only for limited time. After a superb night at Woodlawn Inn my boyfriend and I were looking for a good breakfast and coffee and...were surprised that at 9.30 AM not even functioning restaurants were NOT open. But we went to Dimitri's Restaurant and Patio which proved to be the best idea ever. We had a tasty Greek omelette and experienced the most friendly staff. Thank you to the owner to give us gifts for my boyfriend's birthday. WE will definitely go back, maybe for dinner when the restaurant will be full-day open."

"There was a mistake with the app, it would not allow me to order. the cobourg, ON location, corrected the error. I ordered the delivery. it was delivered. there was a mistake in the app and the big clear cheese in my order was not there, the app had ordered the other pizza doubled. with hungry children I called and we discussed the initial order and graciously decided to send this big cheesecake. Being a regular customer is great, but they did not have to complicate it, it was not the location error. above and beyond, my kids and my sanity thank y’all!"
