"The last time we went to an Indian restaurant was Itihaas in Dalkeith. There I had a lovely lamb dish that I’d never seen before: lamb shatkora. Shatkora are Bengali citrus fruits with a strong, limey, bitter flavour. They are wonderful in savoury dishes and I was very excited to find shatkora on the menu of Voujon when we went there last week. Voujon is a restaurant in Newington that specialises in Indian and Bengali food. The interior is fresh and open, with large windows at the front. "Despite a booking for 7.30, we were told that we cannot order for another 15 minutes. we ordered to wait drinks, but even a past. main course eat ok when we finally get it. when ordering gloomy (cookie teig dessert) we were told that many can check out.....the waiting queue and it was in order when it arrived, we believe that it was not completely cooked, but since it was clear that the employees turned away and ready to delete the restaurant (approximately 9,20) we paid the bill and left. pleasant staff, but disappointing food/"

"Best family restaurant, excellent food. we have visited this place for a family meal, booking is essential to get our slot with table. eating was excellent as usual, children's menu was good to treat the little ones. Drinks to add the menu. lots of space for cars, kovid rules well maintained. really a wonderful opportunity at frankie and benny’s in ocean terminal, edinburgh."

"Large lunch menu for unlimited dumplings during the week. place is simple and no frills, but eating is very tasteful and reminds me of the emptying houses in China. highly recommended. accepted card payment, have toilet facilities and licensed for alcoholic beverages."
