"I went to Moni's because I had asked my group which restaurants served crème brulé. Moni's was one of the restaurants listed, so I checked reviews. After reading the responses to the bad reviews, I knew I had to try it!! The mushrooms stuffed with crab was amazing! My friend and I ate them all; even the sauce! Bread was baked fresh and delicious. My main course, chicken marsala, unfortunately had dry chicken. However, when I told my server about it and stated that I just wanted it taken off the bill, she asked me to allow them to re-make it in a to go container; free of charge. She said that the dish is normally always cooked correctly, and she wanted me to give it another try. I thought that was more than generous, so I agreed. I also ordered their crème brulé, of course, and found out that flavors are rotated. The flavor they had at the moment was butterscotch. I don't hate the flavor, but can't really say I like it either. I was intrigued though, so I decided to try it. It was amazing!!!! Really, the only negative things I can say about my experience, is 1) it's not closer to my house; which is probably good for my wallet, and 2) my stomach wasn't big enough for another serving!"

"Can 't remember how often we 've picked up food from this location. It 's always plentiful, and everyone is always amazed at the high quality coming from such a nondescript place. Customer service? You walk in, they say 'hello ' and take your order. A few minutes later they hand it to you and say 'thank you. ' What else do you need? The prices are also very reasonable. Don 't be afraid to try it."

"I've eaten here two weekends in a row. While the food is good, the wait staff are extremely rude. They speak to you very condescendingly. The lady checking me out took my card out of my hand, because I wasn't figuring out the machine fast enough for her. They do not have desert spoons. When I went to get another silverware set, a cook came out from the kitchen and scolded me for taking another set. They also charge a service fee of per person, and this doesn't include tip or tax. Overall, the food isn't worth the experience. The metro area offers many other Pakistani, Indian, and Nepali options that are less expensive, do not have hidden costs, and also provide helpful, friendly service."

"YUCK!. This was not only the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten, but also the worst food I have ever received from a restaurant.....My Egg Foo Young had some kind of barbecue sauce instead of the normal brown gravy. I had Lemon Chicken as well, and it tasted old. It will be a long time before I am able to eat ANY Chinese food again because of this nasty experience.....Do not waste your money!"

"I went to the one on may and brittion rd at noon , overlooked the mayo on the menu , got my burger took 3 bites to hit the mayo and put it down, the bartender said he would make it right , never did and stayed on the other side of the bar the whole time , finally come over to throw my burger away while saying " you really hate mayo don't you " and walked away , needless to say i was charged for the burger and left the place hungry, costumer service is a big FAIL at this business."
