"Very good pizza. In addition, the pizza is still 28 cm tall (even if I prefer 30) which is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare in the meantime. There are those still, so always spontaneously, when it is on the way."

"The best thing about Batzenhaus is the Saturday buffet. I have been here for many work dinners (and never personally paid for this) and the food outside of the buffet is very expensive for Korean food. The buffet offers the best of authentic Korean food...with a great variety that is restocked frequently. It also means that you can try a selection of new foods to expand your knowledge in Korean cuisine. I personally love it and take friends there often. The staff are friendly and the buffet at EUR 15 cannot be missed!"

"Eating is pretty good. not complaining. carpaccio was actually very good and the pizza acceptable. if something needs to be improved, then it would be the service personnel. as others have written, their attention is lacking. attention to their customers and chat less. I have worked in this business and an empty glass for more than 5 minutes costs the business money. they should not try to win the waiter's attention to get another glass wein. the service is pretty slow and there was no reason because it wasn't so busy. the payment was the same. teller and glasses empty and no one is approaching to ask if they want a coffee or liqueur. from this reason we simply have to pay and move on. I would eat there again, but my expectations for a reasonable service would be lowered. the waiters seem uninterested!"

"We were here for dinner and birthday celebration. The service was very friendly and fast. The ambiente is very nice and clean. The food was not all that great. Very greasy and oily main dishes. The chicken we ordered was very bland. The appertizers were...not impressing. Overall , i would say this reaturant is overpriced for the quality and lack of variety on food they serve."
