"The restaurant is halal (though it serves alcoholic beverages), and is located near one of Kowloon's trendy areas. It's easily accessible by mass transit. The meals were reasonably priced, we were there for their buffet and it was absolutely fantastic. The premises were clean and the staff were professional. The variety of foods was very diverse and catered to vegetarians as well as meat eaters. Every dish we tried was properly prepared and no meats were overcooked. The meats were tender and the spices just right, nothing was too spicy. The depth of flavors were intense, especially the lemongrass soup they featured on that day. The place was absolutely packed by lunchtime, so I would advise getting their early. The views from the window seating area majestic. You get a view of an old (but refurbished) Hong Kong police station and a look at the latest residential towers on the hills. It's a very surreal eating experience. I absolutely enjoyed it and will definitely return."

"Three Blind Mice is a contemporary restaurant dishing up Western and Chinese inspired dishes on Ship Street in Wanchai. They take reservations on their website or you can try on a walk in basis. Our recent Saturday evening meal was good although very noisy experience. Now that we are in the Christmas season, we were sat next to a group of expats having a Christmas party. Unfortunately, being a small and narrow indoor dining area with a low ceiling, the acoustics make for a very loud venue, not great for having a nice dinner. Service was ok, lots of staff on duty. They seem generally attentive and polite. As for the food, the execution was questionable at times. However, we enjoyed food served. The Peking Duck Bao starter was delicious. This is a serving of two open faced bao stuffed with succulent, tender duck breast, pickled cucumber and a touch of hoisin sauce. A bit pricy for two bao but a very tasty starter. For main, we tried the he Salmon Ceviche a fair sized serving size with chunks of fresh salmon fillet, bits of avocado, melon, onion and greens. Dish was supposed to come with tortilla chips which were missing. However, we liked what was served. Not the best ceviche you'll find in Hong Kong but this wasn't bad. We also tried the Black Pepper Tofu. Tofu is supposed to be crispy. However, ours was served very soft not what you expect with fried tofu orders here in Hong Kong. Having said that, we did like the dish. The black pepper sauce with ginger, soy and chilis was very good. Topped with slices of fried garlic, this was still a good tofu order. Unfortunately, it was so loud by the time we finished our mains, we decided to take our dessert elsewhere. They do have some nice looking desserts on the menu that we would have liked to have tried. In the end, our meal at Three Blind Mice was interesting. The food missed the mark on execution but tasted good enough. However, the dining environs were really poor on the evening and I worry this might be a regular problem when they have groups in for party meals. This would keep us away during holiday periods going forward. However, we might give them another try in the future."

"A drink with friend, my friend and I want a beer and talk after work. we chose tim sha tsui as our targeted location, our desire is simple beer, eating and a place can chat. we went from k11 and head for at least ave, many choices here like Japanese bar, skewers bar and restaurant and bar, we chose this as the last the hair of the dog, funny name. environment only few bar tables at the entrance as advertised. the main lobby has very high ceilings, air ventilation is good. clean and bright wc. live band in do, wed, fri and sat after bartender but today is Monday. Drinks most imported beers are served on the bottle I.e stella artois. eat it really surprised me, we ordered 4 foods for the exchange with our asahi 2l. cheese french fries, pfefferoni pizza, buffalo wing and pommes calamari. adequate cooking time with care element käsefries came with hot teller). to the close, good food and beautiful place for a drink. only two things I can choose 1) buffalo wings must cook with thicker sauce and the blue cheese sauce must also improve. 2) I don't know if they smoke and don't smoke zone, some customers smoke in the spatial areas and happiness the air ventilation is good."
