"Hotel Rosenburg with restaurant Abendrot is located right in front of the heart of the city in Schleswiger Chaussee. Due to the reviews here in the portal we choose this house for a dinner. In the late afternoon we reserve a small table for 3 people. We're greeted at 6:00. The small restaurant area surrounds visitors in beautiful green shades. The tables are covered with white tablecloths and white napkins. Each place is decorated with a Lilalen square deck, water and wine glass, cutlery for appetizer and main course. At the front table edge is a combined pepper salt shaker, on all tables the candles are already lit. We are the first guests in the early evening. The beautiful card bound in leather is handed over to us. In it you will find common offers of fish and meat. Four dishes are especially for children. The current “Lammtage” inserts a card with different lamb dishes. We are asked about our drinks that we call the weather. After a pleasant waiting period we are asked for our food requests and decide for: pink roasted lamb steaks, estragons sauce, leaf spinach, parmesh salad “Steakteller Rosenburg”: small beef fillet, pork melodies, red wine calf sauce, roasted potatoes and salad plate spaghetti with tomato sauce as a children's dish. The children's court tastes completely, so that the part is suitable for a hungry preschool child. That's all. Normal restaurant spaghetti, normal sauce. Like home. 3* Two lamb steaks, as desired almost fried, hardly pink. A steak good, the other very good, so very delicate. Tastefully with a beautiful garlic rosemary touch a matching and tasteful sauce. Convinces spinach with some almond pencils, the Parmesankartoffel decreately baked with parmesan. Total good 4*. The Steakteller Rosenburg, here the usual chicken breast fillet is dispensed with. Delicious steaks with the red wine mash sauce a very crowded creation that ticks the palate. Bratkartoffel in Schleswig Holstein are bratkartoffel above all, better she cannot destroy our mother. They do not swim in fats as usual. Are tasty, but at least as good as the trief ends and still cheesy, but not black. The water is happy when writing. The entire salad plate convinces in the well-sorted variety of leaf salads and paprika. No cucumber, no tomatoes tec. decorated with apple columns!!!. All fresh. Decent dressing. Of what components of this pink dressing actually exists would be interesting to know ... The critic is completely convinced and forgives 5*. Steak knives and cutlery were covered. We also welcomed the kitchen with roasted salmon on tomatoes feta salad and herbal cream. A first pleasure that briefly represents the performance of the kitchen. Especially delicious the 4 small points “the decoration”: here we taste honey and balsamico. Is that right? Our youngster gets some chickpeas with ketchup. The nuggets really delicious, the profane ketchup tastes the kids, but you don't have to serve in this restaurant category – there are alternatives. Our food is made by a high percentage fruiter of the flavors Marille or Hazelnut from Lantenhammer. Both variants convince. Our teenager must give up a degisive age. Perhaps it is too much to hope at this point for a beautiful one from the house, but would have given an impression later. Otherwise we cannot complain about service and service in any way. Our teenager is asked if he wants to paint something that hunts. With the drinks, pointed pins with a color base are transferred. In addition, our youngster finds that there is a sharpener. Unfortunately, the collection container is not empty, which is installed immediately. I'm sorry, it seems he learned well here... We like the service in a simple way and the attention we offer. Nothing is exaggerated. 5* I only forgive for “survival” – here are good 4* for me. In the beginning I mentioned the “cleaned” restaurant area. Without Schicki Micki. The 4 hotel stars are also very positively reflected in the sanitary area. There we are held in a small bowl, e.g. refreshments. All Pickobello – including cutlery and dishes. Only two defective halogen radiators fall on us. Still very convincing. 5* A word at the prices: 10. € for a high quality pizza in the Flanier Mile of Husum or more 20. for decent lamb steaks or a steak plate at Hotel Rosenburg just outside the city? €0.25 Selteren are here at 1.90€, 0.4l Alster cost 3.60€, the Silvaner beats by 5,20€ to beech. It's very human. I drink fruits from Lantenhammer for the first time. After enjoyment, € 5.90 will be due. That's not too much! Conclusion: We decided today, despite the super weather. And everyone who, like us, decides for this house will certainly not be disappointed. From our site there is a very clear recommendation, almost a “must be done when you are in Husum”."

"Returning from a long walk on Wattenmeer we enjoyed our lunch at La Mer. Not that I would say the menu looked very French inspired (apart from fish with oil and garlic maybe?), but it was definitely sea- food they served, and they served it well. We found both the prawns and the herring very tasty (mind you: we might be biased, because we were so hungry!) and the service quite good. My overall rating "very good" is a little better than I would choose, but it comes closer to our experience than "average". Bon appetit!"

"My husband and I ate here with some local friends, and even they were impressed! Delicious food all around. They even offered an english menu for my husband and I which is quite rare around the area. I had the tomato soup (which was almost like tomato sauce yum! , and the white fish in a delicious sauce. The potatoes my meal came with were loaded with parsley which I did not care for, but this is traditional and no fault of the restaurants that i'm a picky eater! My husband had the burger which was as big as his head! This man knows and loves his burgers, and he was over the moon! I would highly recommend this restaraunt to anyone in the area. Great, quiet atmosphere."
