"Ordered a small cheese and pepperoni pizza, small Stromboli, and cheesy garlic bread. Pizza was okay limited toppings but flavor was okay. Cheesy garlic bread had giant chunks of raw (but warm) garlic. Some of the chunks were dime sized! Very little cheese too. The Stromboli was pepperoni, mushroom, and onion. The onions were huge! And there were Giant garlic in there again. They also used canned mushrooms so there was that flavor. Ugh. I’m not picky and I like a variety of different pizza styles and toppings…this was just bad quality and “don’t give a care” products."

"We were staying at the Crowne Plaza nearby and chose this place from the idine program. It 's easy to miss as entry is on backside. We did and had to make a tricky exit from car wash next door! My major complaint, as with so many places today, is the guilt trip one gets about a tip. This place 's 15% recommendation seemed, given one places order at entry, gets number and drink cups, then finds table plus gets drinks! They do, of course, bring food, but one is expected to bus table and places dishes and such in area by fountain drinks! We both ordered the Lobster, Shrimp, and Scallop dinner for $29 each. It 's comes with 2 medium sized ears of corn plus a few red potatoes. (1 Canadian lobster tail, 7 red shrimp, and 5 sea scallops). We were given choice of mild or spicy and chose mild. The choices should have been spicy or extra spicy. They took them back and rinsed them somehow to make them edible? I was glad I had tipped the recommended amount plus 30 cents more to round to nearest dollar since I had flashbacks of a movie I saw many years ago about a restaurant where they did stuff to such food! I don 't think they did anything bad. The food was actually good. I know the lobster were probably Canadian as advertised but hope the shrimp and scallops were local or at worst domestic or Canadian as well and not the southeast Asian ones like at Publix. It was very messy eatings, but there were wash stations near where one places bussed dishes. I washed up 3 or 4 times! Drinks were $2.50 each with choices of several soft drinks plus both sweet and unsweetened tea. Looking at their website, there are at least 3 locations nearby so it may be chain restaurant? In summary, prices were high given portion sizes, especially if shrimp wasn 't local, and 15% tip is for average table service, including drink service and clean-up. Places are really abusing their tip guilt today. If we return to are, I 'll probably go elsewhere. I am sure there are local seafood places with full table service, equally or more local seafood, and similar pricing! The only benefit here was the idine rewards!"

"Two business owners who care about their guests and employees are Heidi Calabrese and their husband Johnny, Frankie's Wings and Things Beachside's sole owner. While Heidi and Johnny did everything they could to protect their business as everyone would, they also went the urgently needed extramile. Heidi and Johnny set the health and safety of their employees and customers FIRST. Johnny and Heidi did what was best to protect the customers and employees they care honestly: they closed their doors. For over a month, no business came or went out of Frankies Wings and Things Beachside. When they were able to ensure a safe environment for their customers and employees, and only if they were able to do so, Frankie is back open for the takeover. And again, only once it was safe to do this, Heidi and Johnny again opened the bar, which is now open with full mask and social distancing guidelines FIRMLY. It is clear to me that when Frank, the founder of Frankie's Wings and Things, went from this world to the next, he left far more than just the keys to the safe. He also gave his family a feeling of pride on the quality of their work and a sincere preference for both employees and guests alike. This standard is clearly visible as soon as you walk in the door at Frankie's Wings and Things Beachside. The bar is SPOTLESS. Heidi often waits to welcome guests either near or behind the bar with a smile. You can't see the smile behind the mask, but you can hear it and you can feel it. The menu is very cheap and the food is delicious. The staff is very attentive and friendly and they enjoy the work there clearly. Drinks don't rest long empty on their tables. Frankie's Wings and Things Beachside stood strong and firm from the local community and its food and service is top shelf. I dine there any chance I get. You should."
