"We are world travelers. Been to Morroco and the couscous we ate at Casa Nostra in Gray Tn was by far the best we've ever had. Tender meat , fluffy grain, juicy vegetables, generous amounts. They give a salad and two sides with the dish that's already large and the flavors are amazing. Do try it and I'm sure you will go back. The bakery items are really unique and so delicious. It is really dinning at its finest and that's why we plan to head back there this week for our anniversary. Can't wait to try their Italian specialties Update: went back for our anniversary. Enjoyed the Bastilla which is a pie of layered thin dough filled with minced chicken or seafood with nuts and aromatic spices. Both flavors were exquisite. It's a real delicacy and the portion is too big same size as a 10 pie!! we enjoyed a second dinner with the leftover next day. Also ordered the chicken kabob. Very tender and juicy meat with delicate spices. I love that they go easy on the salt which speaks volumes. They are that sure of their flavors they don't need to sell it with salt. Chocolate cake for dessert epic ! Yummmm"

"RIPOFF ALERT: My first instinct was to go to Nirchis But I always try to give a place a try and since I remember Oakdale pizza from my childhood at the Mall so after Boscovs I decided to go in for some slices with my nephews at their downtown spot . Two slices each and a small beverage and he charged me $32.50. I guess since they don’t get any real business they’re just a trap for the unfortunate people that walk in and are exploited… six slices of pizza and three drinks does not equal $30 especially in a joint like this… They had signs advertising 7.99 For two slices and a drink… come again… i think not… Never again. I advise you ask for your total before you have them get your food. I will never again visitthis establishment"

"Excellent food if you dont have allergies! My wife made the reservation and annotated her mushroom allergy. We ordered and reinforced the allergy. I got the 40 day dry aged salmon. My boys got chicken bites and a burger with 4 cheeses (he says best burger ever). My wife got the pesto pasta. After about 3 bites she noticed a bit of slimy. Low and behold it was a piece of portabella. Upon close inspection it was chuk full of those rascals. The server apologized said would get another without. Here is why they got 3 stars. The re cook took 20 min (working in restaurants I know that should have been the priority). Next no manager brought out the food to ensure we were ok. No offer of a free desert or discount (we would have been ok with an apology). Luckily my wife had only lip swelling and mouth burning and didn’t die."

"Cootie Browns is a locally worrying place with great food! Your pizzas are amazing and GF chest is available. We get our vegan by spending the cheese. The Tamales are made in the house and are vegan when you get the black bean (all other options are meat). Do not get the mouth sauce, although it contains bovine broth. I recommend the Jamaican backpack sauce instead, as it is vegan / vegetarian. Many other items on the menu are vegetarian there are delicious in the house made Veggie Burger black bean, sun-dried tomatoes spinach... they are all fantastic! My only complaint is though there are so many vegan / vegetarian options on the menu Your pizza without cheese usually makes sick a raised eyebrow from the staff. They are not very familiar with modifications and more than once I had to send my pizza back because they put cheese on them despite my wishes more than once I say they have refunded the pizza price because of this though! Large bottle of beer choice, fun terrace seats heated in winter, total one of our very favorite Johnson City places to eat!"
