"There was a special half price deal on main courses advertised we booked for that. Confirmed deal on arrival. Ordered ate . Food not great Seafood risotto but rice was Al dente . Small flies everywhere staff a bit too laid back. Asked for the bill we were told by the Manager that he had been told by the GM the promotion was no longer valid !! Eventually they gave us the offer but not impressed with this attitude !!! Went to St Pancreas a day later happy to day they put South Kensington to shame in comparison."

"I came across the jam cupboard on the website of gourmet society and looked for a suitable place for a quick lunch with a friend. it is difficult to find a cheap restaurant/cafe in gloucester road, which is not crowded with tourists and students. my gourmet company membership allowed me 50% discount on the jam cupboard and I was immediately fascinated by the unique name of the restaurant and its menu, so we decided to go! "My boyfriend and I wanted to try the food for a while so decided to finally enter the restaurant. We were not greeted with 'hello ', just 'table for two? ' which was rude. We ordered our burgers from the lunch menu, and the bill came to approx £19, which for what it was, was overpriced. As shown in the pictures, the 'skinny fries ' were so 'skinny ' that they had no potato in them, and the chunky fries were near enough all batter, and there were hardly any of them! I ordered the chicken burger and I have attached a picture to show the so called salad in it one piece of onion! Really unimpressed with the service and the food overall. Will not be returning."

"Vigata was a last resort restaurant for me when I visited friends in the nido student accommodation building next door. although the service is fast, I found eating very bland and basic. I also found the waitress a bit cold and not helpful. Last time I left, she forgot to bring my coke and acted like I didn't order anyone. I ordered spaghetti with pink sauce and huh; the chicken had no taste, and the sauce was a bit too thin. I had to add chili oil, because it was quite tasteless. I will not come back if I am not in the opposite and absolutely hungry."

"I’m a big fan of Nando’s for easy evenings food, lots of vegetarian options and tasty menu of not only great mains, but really gorgeous sides. What let’s this particular store down is the staff… they almost feel bothered by you expecting then to their job. On arrival we were not told where our table was clearly, just a number and spent time looking around and then having the menus thrown down onto the table with a little attitude. After we sit to order via the easy to use QR code, one side isn’t available and also the replacement came considerably late with the rest of the meal, my Chips were quite cold and didn’t have forks that were finally available when we were 80/90% finished, also limited access to sauce variety. Poorly managed location to an otherwise great fast food restaurant."

"I wanted to pay to add extra mozzarella to my calzone. The waiter refused to request it as it wasn't possible. It made me think it might come as a frozen dish. The dough tasted differently as well to what I was used to. I think I am going off pizza express, sadly not the service/quality it used to be."

"Came over this place and searched for a place to have dinner with my friends. we ate really delicious pizzas. service was fast. they can sit outside if they want, or they had a place to sit. we would rather sit outside, because the weather was a bit cold, the heating was also on, so we sat in a pleasant wise, without getting cold."

"I was almost all screens, theater in the city, and the picture house in notting hill is one of the most beautiful movie theatres in london. its interior design is great and the personal is amazing always friendly. I wish picture house could have more discounts or campaigns recommended. drink good wine and see good films there. Thank you."
