"This place is close to what good Uzbek cuisine could be. I tried Chaikhana Plov very decent lam, real Devzira rice from Uzbekistan, spices, garlic and yellow carrot. Food is not cheap, but it is worth it. Kitchen works fast and you can per order. 4 stars because of the service and waiters. I would expect waiters to know the food they serve and therefore to engage with clients when making orders the way which is a must for Uzbek restaurant."
