"Went there last night, I must say the food is excellent. The service on the other hand left alot to be desired. Seated right away and the waiter came to take the order. Took almost minutes to receive the salad I ordered. The placed...wasn't full, so there was no excuse. They also really didn't follow the foot social distancing. Also this being a byob restaurant, they brought the ice bucket for our wine, but the waiter never offered to pour our wine. Our friend had pasta with tomato sauce and requested how he wanted it, which wasn't followed. His wife ordered the veal chop which was excellent and it came with salad or pasta on the side. She asked for half salad half pasta, which the waiter said no problem. When bill came was charged for pasta side. This was not our first time coming here and I hope this was just an off night. Think management should do something about the wait times for service and spread the tables farther apart. People are hesitant to go out to restaurants and should be made more comfortable."

"The busiest place in Carrefour. Looks good, has potential to be, it was busy and lots of employees in the back counter. The chicken that I read good reviews about was disappointing. Half my pieces were over grilled, dry, hard. I don't taste the garlic sauce on it either. One piece was pretty tender so I know it can be but it sucks if you get pièces that don't that over grilled piece shouldn't have been thrown into a bowl if it didn't meet standards."

"We decided to revisit Bocci on a Frday night, since we haven't been there for a long time. We were quickly seated, unfortunately not on their terrace, since it was raining. Our waitress, Anja, was very nice and efficient. After giving us some time to look over their menu, she came back with some nice warm bread and butter. None of us had any complaints about our meals.I decided to order from their Table d'Hote and was not disappointed. It started with a nice Caesar salad, no croutons, but with a few slices of fresh anchovies (as I had requested). For my main, I chose their Fettucine alla Lahana ($21.99), which consisted of pasta with green beans, sun dried tomatoes, and minced meat with garlic and olive oil. I loved it but I could only eat about 1/2 my plate. My wife ordered a la carte and chose their Pollo Parmiggiana ($18.99), which came with vegetables and potoatoes. She only ate 1/2 her chicken. Their portions are very big. One of friends ordered their new Bells Audrina pizza ($15.99). It consisted of grilled chicken, mushrooms, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, olive oil and feta cheese. He really liked it and finished it all. His wife ordered their # 8, Sorpresa dello Chef ( chefs surprise ($25.99), a beautiful thick cut of veal chop, which came with a very nice reduction, potatoes and vegetables. She loved it, as it was cooked just right. Bocci has been around for the last 25 years, so they must be doing something right. Also, maybe because Sam, the manager, runs a well oiled team of servers. He is very hands on. They have renovated since we were last there. They have plenty of room if you need to make a party or business lunch. Also, they now offer Sunday brunch between 10:30 - 3 pm. A reservation is definately a must at all times.They offer a delivery service for the Lasalle area with a minimum order of $10.00 but there could be a charge for other areas of town. Enjoy!"
