"I ordered a sandwich for the delivery. I added the Jimmys Mustard. The sandwich was completely extinguished and the mustard has seeds. I called the store to ask for the must and how my sandwich was basically unusable. Emily was? Yeah, we got a lot.? I didn't offer another sandwich or an apology. I will not order from here again!! I decided to call back and talk to her. Emily is rude and has no business as a manager."

"So excellent! What a treat! I Googled restaurants in Lee's Summit and this popped up as a BBQ place, one of my favorite food groups! I had the burnt ends. Usually, it is too risky to try them at a new place. Most don't know how to make them properly. Bob, oh boy! They were some of the best I've ever had! The owner promised they would melt in my mouth... Yea, right! Uhm... He was right! Just the right amount of fat and so very tender! They were so smoky, they didn't need sauce. Delish is an understatement!!! The restaurant is in an older building. It is very unique and fun. Kind of rustic. Perfect for casual dining. It has fun music decor and memorabilia. There is a loft dining area, too. Spacious and great for socially distant dining. The staff, including the owner, are extremely personable, interactive and nice! They usually have live music... I'm sure that will return one of these days, once we get through this...."

"I used to be here quite regularly. Was always overpriced, but I was fine with it because it had a very unique taste. Wasn't there in 10 months until I ripped it one day. So I went there... it was gone, the pictures you see are no longer this place. So I called and asked where they went? They moved to Arkadengasse, a bar in the Lees summit. So I'm going there. Not only could you not order from the kitchen, you had to scan your phone on a barcode and wait.... I don't know why they moved, but it was a bad decision... a unique place turned into a VERY LACLUSTER ice cream. The food is suddenly sucked, and also the bar. Not sure how they can call themselves an arcade...."

"What an unbelievable place! Even though this restaurant was short staffed by 6 people. We were still seated in a timely fashion. Trying to do five jobs at once, the gentleman was extremely professional and kind. Once we were seated it did not take long for our server to get to our table. We ordered our drinks and appetizers first and our drinks were at the table before we had time to close our menus. There were three of us and the menu choices were very hard to choose from because everything looked so delicious. So we all ordered something different so we could sample each other's plates and we even ordered a small pizza so that we could try the pizza as well. Our appetizers we're out extremely fast. We ordered cheese garlic bread and bruschetta. The marinara sauce was something I could have drank it was so good. I can't begin to describe how yummy the appetizers were. And shortly after our appetizers got to our table our food was delivered. It was extremely fast. I was a little dumbfounded at how fast the food was delivered. But I will say this food is absolutely stunning! Everything was so scrumptious. I had the chicken piccata, my husband had the chicken Murphy, and my son had the shrimp and scallop alfredo. And as I said before, we ordered a small supreme pizza. It was again something I cannot describe how delicious the food is. It is all homemade and cooked by real Italians. Even our server was Italian. She was so professional, very kind and informative. We were all so incredibly full but we could not walk out of this place without having dessert. Every single thing we ordered for dessert was indescribable. The tiramisu was like no other tiramisu I've ever tried. The cream-filled cannoli is amazing and the German chocolate cake was divine. This place is clean and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. It's an adorable place for family, dates, and dining alone. I 100% recommend this place. Five star rating!
