"When we arrived, the greeting of the person was miserable and did not smile. they tell us that we were not booked and have not done enough to solve. young, miserable and inexperienced in the hospitality. had to show the booking on the phone what was just as good that we were spun. that was cold. we had no desserts, so it went to macdonald, was probably just as good."

"So cheap, the food comes out incredibly fast, although I got the impression that everything is made fresh and the staff was really nice. I had a vegan pizza while my partner had a vegetarian pasta dish and we both had the quality that the food was just so damn good!! Head of staff went beyond and beyond to help with allergy inquiries overall great experience."

"Bella Italia may be a chain of restaurants but I have rarely enjoyed a meal there as much as I did at this particular branch of the eatery. The location is very central to the city centre and as such it allows you to fit in a nice meal here around a busy day of shopping and enjoying the many delights of Merseyside. The staff here really impressed me with their attentive nature and the way in which they really seemed to be generally interested in the wants and needs of the customers. We all know the menu here with its Italian classics and as usual they were made to perfection at very reasonable prices. The waiting time here was very short and the place just had a really good ambience which made me feel extremely relaxed as a whole. Basically this place did its best to stand out and a job well done it was too."

"Visited Gustos as a treat for my husband's birthday (we travelled from the north east). I agonised over whether to go to Gusto or Matou which we also love. I'm pleased to report I chose Gusto to enjoy the birthday celebrations. Food second to none and service and staff attentiveness is up there with the very best we have had. Slight mix up with the meal, but no major deal so we were pleasantly surprised when one of the managers came over to apologise in person and gave us a bottle of rose on the house. Great ambience and buzz about the place and the staff really do seem to go above and beyond. We will be back whenever we visit Liverpool"

"Tried Amalia for the first time and had Tagliatelle con gamberoni al Pesto di Pistachio and my partner had a massive Calzone Prosciutto. Both really nice and I've never seen a calzone so big. I finished my pasta and was not so full, but was comfortable. I had to steal a bit of calzone because I was still hungry. Overall, the dishes we ordered had average prices, some dishes in the menu are quite expensive. The staff was nice and very energetic!"
