"This was one of my favorite places to eat. I ordered 12 wings. Four in one flavor and eight in another. My first time there I asked and they said four was good but I couldn't do less than that. The last four times I've been there there were no problems but the guy working the counter yesterday said they were too busy and he wouldn't do four. He said he would alloe it if I ordered 25 Wings instead of 12. I walked out. I won't be back until the guy who worked the counter yesterday is gone. Everyone else there has been wonderful."

"Hi just to let you know or check up on 1 of your little Ceasars enterprise. We did a pickup order at 430 Bridge st lowell ma 01854. The service is rude to customer and having pick up order people wait for atleast an hour. My husband was picking up the order for me. I place an order around 7 20pm and didn't get the order until 8 13pm. My husband told me that their was atleast 10 people waiting there. A customer even told the employer that they been there for an hour and her respond was okay wait. After getting my pizza home which was not even 10 min drive it was alil cold warm like my 2 year old can eat it right away.He said even he saw a bunch of pizza just sitting there in the back and the employee was just talking to eachother. Even heard them talk about calling their uncle.I hope they work better to serve and treat customer better in the future at that exact location."

"Easily the worst vegan pizza I’ve ever had, which I fee bad about saying. The “cheese” on the pizza is disgusting and about 2” thick. It’s not good cheese either. It’s disgustingly heavy and the flavor isn’t there at all. The mozzarella sticks aren’t cheese, but tofu deep fried. I would never go back there again."

"I ordered online 45 minutes ago and still they haven't prepared my order. When my phone showed my that the order is ready, I went to the store. When I entered the store, they asked me to pay and then they kept me waited for 30 minutes. It wasridiculous. 10 people were there waiting. They didn't feel sorry at all and didn't even apologize. I wanted to leave the storebut because they had made me to pay at first (without telling me that my order will take 30 more minutes to get ready) Icouldn't. This is the worst domino's ever."

"I love this restaurant! I was at three different locations and all are amazing. eating is just so good. their dressings and sauces are really what their dishes do. I usually get the green divine, but yesterday I tried the rainbow hats and it was so delicious! I'm obsessed with this place and could eat here every day. highly recommended!"

"Talk about a great place. eating is always perfectly cooked, even if it is busy. the waiters and workers are super polite, even if you can see them with a stressful night. I had a simple mistake a few weeks ago with her credit card machine, and I was accidentally charged twice. no big thing that would happen, and I wanted to be refunded for the extra fee. almost a couple of weeks ago, the manager saw themselves in the problem (as they should and must.) janice is amazing, and made sure that I was in the middle of an extremely busy Friday night when I had the time to actually put it back in. beyond happy with the great customer service, and I wish more restaurants could show the professionalism and courtesy that bonchon does in lowell. they have a customer for living and turned my bad night for me. Thanks again!"
