"Exceeded our expectations! The hostess was very nice, the service was exceptional, and I can't say enough about the food. We had the pork belly and brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Hands down, best brussel sprouts I've ever had. My filet was cooked perfectly, the carrots were delicious, as was the fingerling potatoes, and whipped potatoes."

"I like the atmosphere of the place. However I seem to have a problem everytime I eat there. 1 time my chicken wasnt cooked enough and it was pink in the middle. Also got a forty dollar steak and it was mostly fat. They fixed both issues and even provided a gift card that I said I did not want. So we came back. This time our table was dirty and sticky. Ee sat for about 6 or 7 minutes before a waiter came to the table. Just a little disappointed."

"Smiley's is a family-owned and run eatery where the staff cares about what they serve. Although all of the pastas are boxed instead of being home-made, the choice of sauces is vast and they are very good. From my multi-visit experiences everything can be customized including the sauces. Pizza can be had by-the-slice on a NY-style thin crust or ordered fresh with your choice of toppings. A fun place to go in downtown Massillon."

"Love the food. And their menu doesn't say it, but side of fries with burgers and wraps! Gotta try the Caribbean Wings..yum! Great service. Sat outside today...beautiful weather. Shown is Caribbean wings and I forget name of burger but served on Garlic toast. Delicious"

"We were the only people who had a table in the restaurant while we were there, but somehow they still managed to screw up our order. The server knew she was badly grounded so that she took the personal pan pizza and bread sticks from our bill without saying anything. Everything was fine."
