"My overall experience was lovely. The restaurant has a very organized system in being able to place a reservation and still wait in your car. The waitress was lovely and very attentive. Lastly, the food and drinks were amazing. We got various items off of the menu and everything was really good, especially their Ramen."

"I used to come here a lot back in mid-2018 and early 2019 before I head to work and would get the BMT. Ever since the pandemic, I haven't really come back here. So, after I had dim sum that one day, I really wanted to try BMT from this place again to see if the quality is still the same as before, or if not, better. Honestly, I think the quality went down but was still okay. The boba was overcooked and the milk tea was way too sweet even though I asked for less sugar. The ice sort of helped dilute the sweetness of the drink but not by much."

"One of the safest options to eat, but for some reason this situation happened to her ac in full explosion at the coldest setting cuz it felt like going into a cold storage room for poultry. What deteriorated the experience was that we sat right under one of the ventilation openings so that our table and the surrounding tables felt very cold. I know because I have heard some of the customers around me, expressing the same feeling with their friends. I had asked them to turn it off a few times, but I think they only pretended to turn it off or just turn it off a little, because the change felt imperceptibly as it still radiated cold air at night. When our food came out, it was very quickly cold, so it was difficult to enjoy our meal. I think the cold air even managed to blow the fire on my friend? Pretty disappointed this night. The only side was the waitress and waiter who were quite responsive when we called on them and left us to fill in water or napkins if we had any"

"Some of the bad reviews discouraged me at first, but as my husband and I made our way through China Town to go here. Everything played out beautifully. When you walk in, the scenery is a classy modern white-themed restaurant. We were seated immediately, served with water and tea. Just wow, it was so nice. Much nicer than some unvegan chinese food places I went too in the past. Finding out what’s vegan on the menu was easy! We asked our waitress and she told us that everything was. No milk, eggs, or meat. The food was so tasty, and the portions for the noodle dishes were insanely BIG! My water glass never became empty, they were attentive. In case they weren’t, on each table they have a service button, bill button, and a water button! They get to you immediately once you push those. :"
