"Horrible service. Waitress was on her phone while I was waiting for my food. Waited 30 minutes for my main meal and it was cold. Had to wait another 20 minutes for the waitress to come back so that I could ask for a new one. 5 minutes later the waitress came back with the exact same plate which they had heated up. It was mushy and I had to tell the waitress that I didn’t want it anymore and they still made me pay for the whole dish. Never coming back again. Worst part was it wasn’t even busy there were 2 tables filled."

"We got back from an event and did not want to do any cooking so we ordered pizza. We ordered a thin sliced vegetarian and a thick crust with the works. Both were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised because I had ordered from two St. John's franchises over the past few years and the these pizzas were not at all flavourful.Glad I ordered from this Topsail franchise and will continue to do so in the future should a pizza craving surface."

"One of the worst experiences with pizza. I used to love the place but something changed drastically with the pizza. About a year ago we ordered a large pizza and when it came here it was literally soaked in grease. It was sliding off our plates and disgusting. We let it sit in the box overnight and the next day we opened it and the grease hardened and covered the whole pizza in a white gel of grease. It was absolutely wretched. So my family and I never ordered from their again. A year later we decided to give it another shot. Called and placed our order with a young woman that was very rude and when we got there our order was wrong. So we just took half of our order home. It was a pizza. When we opened it and grabbed a slice it was once again just covered in grease and tasted disgusting. If you want an overload in soggy grease pizza pie and throw up afterwards this is the place to go. Will never order it again as long as I live and I recommend to you "stay away" unless you want the runs for a week."
