"Very interesting and tasty pizza. What I liked about the Canadian Classic was the sauce along with the fact they used cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. The other topics were quality also. Overall it was of my favorite pizza I've had in a long time. Family also loved it. We aren't from the Valley but when visiting this will be my go to place."

"I went for the supper buffet last night with my wife and toddler and had the most terrible experience. If I ever set food in that place again it will be too soon. Our first complaint was a very foul odor around the back portion of the buffet near the salad bar and dessert bar. Foolishly we carried on and took some food back to our table. It didnt take long before my wife and I both commented that the food was not at all up to par. We picked away at our plates (who "picks" at a buffet?!) but the food was just not appealing at all and we were very disappointed. Meanwhile, our toddler, who had some salad bar items, picked up a cucumber slice and it was literally so slimy that strings of goop were dripping back onto the plate. That was the icing on the cake for us and we all immediately stopped eating. We waited for what seemed like forever for someone to come check up on us and eventually just started gathering our coats and things to catch some attention. When our waitress came we told her how disappointed we were in the whole experience, pointed out the cucumber, and brought up the foul odor. She left to tell someone else about it and returned promptly with our bill - for 39.08, the full cost of 2 adult buffets (toddlers eat free and we all drank water). I couldn't believe that they didnt even offer an apology and honestly expected us to pay 40 bucks for such a gross experience. So I took the bill to the counter where the owner of the restaurant was taking payments. I expressed my concerns to her and stated that I was apalled to see that she believed my experience in her restaurant was worth $39.08. She immediately became defensive and denied that any of my claims could possibly be true. I showed her the rotting cucumber and she proceeded to tell me that "someone must have spilled something on it" and continued to deny that it was decomposing as we spoke. She even grabbed a nearby waitress to reassure me that the food is fresh. I showed her the cucumber and asked her very honestly if she would eat it. She also became instantly defensive and replied that no, she would not, however I didnt have to eat it either! She very, very rudely went on to tell me that this is the beauty of a buffet - if you dont like something you simply put it aside and they will take it away. No big deal. They couldn't seem to grasp that serving such poor quality food, even if it is "just cucumber", is in fact a big deal. It wasn't a matter of my personal taste, it was spoiling! Nor would they admit that something smelled genuinely bad in their buffet area. Perhaps the most alarming thing, however, was that they most certainly were not at all concerned that we didn't enjoy our visit. Our customer loyalty was worth absolutely nothing to them. It wasn't worth an apology, any show of concern at all, and certainly not a discount! If they had at least apologized and agreed to look into a few things I could have accepted that and moved on. However, they insisted that they were right and I was wrong - on all counts. They were so determined to collect their money that they couldn't truly hear a single thing that I had to say as a disappointed customer, nor did they care if I walked out of that place and never returned. Apparently they don't really need my business and that is great because we will never return. So. The place smells - literally. The food is gross and some of it may actually be decomposing right in the buffet in front of you. They do not appreciate your business, nor do they respect your rights as a paying customer to express concerns and complaints. They are rude, defensive, and would rather try to make a fool of you in front of everyone than accept any kind of responsibility for the shabby business that they are operating. If this sounds good to you, you can get it all at KAO for just $19.54 per person! Or, you can take your valuable business elsewhere and hopefully recieve the product and sevice that your money is worth."

"This is our place to order take out pizza in new minas, has been for years. We've enjoyed their slice and and pop deal when we were on our way to or from sporting events and this is our family preference for bringing home pizza and garlic fingers....always reliable taste and great taste!"

"Went here for supper and had an enjoyable meal. Nothing special as it is a large franchise operation and they offer what every other Boston Pizza offers. The service was a bit slow, but once the order came it was fine. People in the party had either a pizza or pasta and both were fine. The restaurant is a bit pricey for what you get, but what you get is good."
