"We reached this place at almost 3 when the lunch time was almost over. But this place surprised me pleasantly by welcoming us and still serving some delectable Biryani. So 6 stars for service and hospitality and 5 stars for the quality, quantity and taste of food. Very highly recommend when in Panaji."

"Went there for lunch. I ordered prawn thali and my friend ordered veg thali. I would have appreciated a little more rice quantity as at the end of it I found myself eating only the curry and sabzi. The food was very good though. I liked everything that they served. I would like to go back for their fish thali."

"We ordered the local fish thali (Lepo fish) and a plate of bombil. The thali was very tasty especially the prawns curry. The bombil preparation was lovely as well. It was fresh and the rechad masala preparation was a delight to eat. A must go place for bombil lovers. The guy managing this place is very polite and courteous which adds up to the overall experience."

"Lovely ambience ......it really gives u a romantic n peacefull feeling a big thumps up fr the ambience<br/ .<br/ .<br/ Food : we ordered(1 shrimp n tempura roll .....(sushi .<br/ ...it tasted ok ....tried fr the first time .....<br/ (2 wok tossed Shanghai chicken ....it was amazing .....spicy .......really loved it ....<br/ (3 berry colada(cranberry in mocktail ...loved it .....really refreshing ...n bit sour it had a lovely taste<br/ (4 nasi goreng .......chicken sate ws not upto mark ....but the fried rice ws spicy n good ......<br/ <br/ .(prices r higher but ......... the quantity served is good enough <br/ .(lil oily food but tasty <br/ .(do try their mocktails <br/ <br/ .<br/ Overall........wonderfull place ....I really loved their hospitality.....the presentation of food was eye catchy<br/ About the staff ...they were helpfull .....gave us time to click pics of food n then served .....really a place to visit ....<br/"

"Recently visited the oak barrel with my friends for the lunch when we was in Goa . It's a good place .<br/ <br/ The location of this place is in prime location of the panji .<br/ <br/ The ambience and decor are quite good . They have eatery and bar too. They play really good music.<br/ <br/ The service is quick and prompt.<br/ <br/ Let's start with<br/ <br/ Cocktails<br/ <br/ 1. Liit this is the most common classic cocktails you will get everywhere but the price is different it was less as compared to the Mumbai.<br/ <br/ Starter<br/ <br/ 1. Taipei style chicken for the one who likes chicken they should definitely go for this.<br/ <br/ Main course<br/ 1. Thai chicken green curry with plain rice it was amazing believe me . The green thai curry was made perfectly . The chicken was so fresh and juicy.<br/ <br/ Desert<br/ 1. Classic brownies with ice cream without desert our meals cannot be completed and with classic brownie it just made our day.<br/ <br/ I would like to visit again soon when i will be near to this location."

"Went there with my family last night,it was real quiet and we were the only one's apart from another table inside. This is basically the poolside restaurant of Club Gasper Dias and if you're not a member it's just a mere 30 bucks per head to enter. <br/>We ordered the Dal Methi, Sabz Hundi Punjabi, Murg Do Pyaza and 6 Butter Rotis. The portion for every dish was absolutely fabulous and of course delicious. I will certainly recommend this place and will be visiting again."

"Nice ambience. Food quantity is descent and taste is good. Complementary dish i.e. the fried noodles tasted amazing with the perfect balance of flavors. We had ordered chicken dimsums and panko fried chicken both were tasty. Loved their fried ice cream. Will definitely visit again to try more dishes."
