"In the morning I made the bastion and I was desperate in the tourist crowds with slender on the mountain so everything was seen what was wanted to be seen. on the way after the village – although so much distance for half a day? So I will feel comfortable on the way and still the light shark waterfall (which has half an hour toilet for the operation and the cow with sky ladder as sights. then it is late and still 6-8 km. the retired rock mill is right. as there is only one room free, I sit in, shower and grab the terrace kitchen. the card and the white (one-free for 2,90 €) come immediately. so I can raise my feet and enjoy the evening with the annoying stream. as the magenta is already noticeable, I order the Ottendorfer-Fettbemme (2.50 € as a pettyness to be able to choose the main dish at all. almost immediately I get an almost two centimeter thick roggen bread disc with a slightly crust-shaped edge, a lot of wild grained scares on it and corresponding music from massive thin tweebel rings and pfeffer strips. a tomato quarter, gurke and salat accompany the whole. that is the tip of the magenta. tastefully, I would not have seen it as wildshmalt, but it is more spicy than usual. Now I can focus on the choice of the main court. it sounds so delicious, so I photographed the extracts from the map and there it is again, the rathmannsdorfer forelle. to help the catastrophe of yesterday, I order it on the basis of the preface – today in preparation “hot smoked salmonbach trout” (12,50 €). I can also enjoy this at 2/3 until the trout reaches me. this is actually warm and spreads a hearty smoke aroma. tomato with fresh petersilie and a small salad variation with homemade crimped dress. here you will find cervical salad, green salad leaves and slightly acidified carrots. that's really delicious. Moreover, the good Klecks ride has almost fallen. the trout is great. not dry, not sweet. the skin is spicy and at the thin places even cherry. if I have not mentioned it yet, a super smoke aroma: very, very tasty. short on the crimped butter: this is also homemade and delicious with beautiful garlic notes. but I just tried a knifehead because the trout doesn't need it at all. this is compensated for the previous day. with a total of three weizens is the whole 23,70 €. here it is only to mention that this is my top favorite as a basic station for day trips with and without car (I also recommend my father so much. breakfast buffet included. on and off! ps: only for completeness. the next day I made a few schlenkers to lookout points (malerweg.) overall it was now 230 kilometers in 9 days. which is attached. thanks for reading."
