"One of the more expensive restaurants in Sisteron, but simply put, the best steak we had in out whole 2 week trip around France without a doubt. The other half used to be a Butcher, so knows about meat and he was blown away by it. Served with delicious dauphinois potatoes with beautiful Roquefort sauce, we actually came back a second time and had the same thing. The pudding trolley is an actual hostess trolley loaded with amazing looking puddings. The tarte au citron was lovely, and the raspberry tart very zingy and tasty. Two steaks and two desserts came to about €65 but totally worth it. Lovely staff and very picturesque setting."

"We stumbled up this charming little restaurant as we were wandering through the streets of Sisteron on a Saturday evening. It is set into rock and has beautiful stone and rock walls so it was a lovely room. As we came in, there were a few groups also coming in and the staff looked a little flustered by the crowds so we were wondering how they would handle it. The waiter was clearly working very hard to keep everything happening and he did brilliantly in not losing his cool. He was charming to us and very welcoming when we said we came from Australia. We had a salad and a gallette and they were delicious. We loved the atmosphere of this place and the food was delicious so we definitely recommend it. A lot of the restaurants in Sisteron we checked out were large and did not have much atmosphere but this place was quite different."

"On March 14, 21h above all don't trust appearances because outside this restaurant doesn't pay a mine and yet .de that you push the door the smell of spices wakes your taste buds the boss who is also the chef is adorable and small care for all his customers and with regard to his kitchen "it is magical "thank you for your kindness"
