"We had a big group of 15 attend last night and the staff were nothing but amazing helping me co-ordinate and organise a set menu that everyone could enjoy, nothing was too much trouble for them despite my pestering messages with silly questions. The food was absolutely Devine and everyone left immensely happy and wanting to return very soon. The quality was outstanding and the quantity was very generous. They even went out if their way to make things not currently in there menu at our request and added an additional last minute sauce to one if their dishes with a few hours notice at my request without any issues. I cannot speak highly enough of the food and service. The price was brilliant and would not hesitant in recommending to anyone"

"Service was atrocious. We had to ask twice for water and wine glasses. Noone came to clear plates when we were done. Too bad if we wanted desert as we sat there for a very long time and no-one cane to wait on us. I wouldn't even turn a blind eye to service this poor on a busy Friday or Sarurday night, but this was on a Tuesday with basically an empty restaurant. My dish was missing a key ingredient and tge other dishes were below average. It's such a shame because I was so excited to try eating here and was gutted it was so under par."

"Three of us went to The Lone Star Rib House and we loved it. The first waitress we met told us not to sit in a booth rather abruptly but, then, another Lady pointed us to that same booth !Service was good- a young Lady who was very caring and helpful and a young man called Daniel served our drinks and made us feel welcome.The food offer was extraordinary and delicious and the serves were big. My 92-year-old Mum Ruby has calamari and so did her Friend Katherine Medwin and they loved this. The venue is big and clean with a large outside eating court with heating and pleasant tables and chairs. Overall for value and entertainment and food plus service we were all very happy and will visit again. Thank you."
