"Gyoza bar kurogane is great! there are a lot of dumpling dishes, as well as basashi and salad options. my personal favorite is the gyoza fondue, which comes with 4 pieces each of the four types of gyoza. the house kurogane highball is also delicious! but above all the staff are absolutely friendly and wonderful! reservation in advance is recommended."

"苫小牧でもっともおいしいラーメンスープを出す、ラーメン屋さんだと思ってます。 あっさり好きには、くちのなかに後味が残らない鳥白湯の塩 醤油とスープの組合せが絶妙、似たものが思いつかない、唯一無二の醤油 辛さもさることながら、中華な味付けの担々麺 と 油断していると割りスープを飲み干してしまうボリューム満点のつけ麺 が夏場にはおすすめです。 あと、人気の餃子屋さんとのコラボらしいのですが、サイドメニューの餃子もおすすめです。 こってり系が好きな方にはもの足りなさを感じる、鳥白湯ベースなので和風というより洋風なラーメンだと思います。 駐車スペースが4台分くらいと狭く昼時は大体混んでますが、回転の早いお店なのでそんなに待たずに入店できると思います。 注文してから提供されるまでの時間も早い方です。"

"I had a special hard salt and miso with bean sprouts . It reminded me of the taste of ramen I ate a long time ago with a gentle taste. The miso has a slightly sweet flavor, but adding garlic made it taste different and delicious. The salt is not too salty and has just the right amount of salt. It would have been nice if the noodles were a little firmer. Is it hard because the char siu is loin meat? When I ate it, it was surprisingly soft and not dry and it was very delicious. There were so many bean sprouts, etc., and it was a very satisfying cup. I haven't eaten soy sauce yet, so 4 stars... Original 特製塩硬め、味噌 モヤシ入り いただきました。 優しい味で昔食べたラーメンの味を思い出しました。 味噌は少し甘めの味付けですが、ニンニク入れるとまた変わった味になり美味しかったです。 塩はそこまで塩っぱくもなく丁度いい塩加減。 麺がもうちょい硬ければ嬉しかったなぁ。 チャーシューはロース肉なので硬いかなぁ？と思って食べたら意外と柔らかくバサバサもしてなくてとても美味しかったです。 もやし等もとても多く入っており凄く満足出来る一杯でした。 まだ醤油を食べていないので星4つで…"

"Gantetsu ramen is not fantastic, but it is good solid crows. I was a little in the air about what to order. the beautiful waitress said her personal favorit was the soupless “maze-soba” ramenschale and explained that they offer for extra charge 1.5 or 2 times the normal amount of noodles. it's hard on garlic and I like it. really a satisfying meal. my partner is a standard spicy moan. it was of the slightly colored slightly creamy sort. not super miso-ish, but some other flavors in there, maybe some goma sesame. it won't blow your socks, but good. eier had to be bought separately. I don't know how I feel. chashu black was soft, but nothing special."
