"We were very excited about our meal tonight but totally deflated by the actual experience! Waited 1.5 hours for our 2nd drink still never got a soft drink one of us ordered, had to ask 3 times for someone to bring the 2nd bottle of wine we asked for. One steak ordered blue turned out medium. Lamb cutlets came in a bowl with gravy, not a clue how I was supposed to cut them to had to ask for it to be put on a plate, manager admitted kids being employed was a problem as they don’t care about much but their beer money! No care from staff aside from manager who was quite embarrassed by the way we were dealt with, won’t rush to go back which is a shame Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €70–80 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
