"After seeing the sign in front of the tavern advertising new owners and a new chef we decided to give the tavern another go. The last time we visited the meal was just average, but, wow, what a change! The meals were very generously sized...and tasted great. I had the vegetarian strudel off the specials board and it was very enjoyable. The service was friendly and efficient too. Will definitely be back."

"The overall experience was just average, I'm afraid. The team was understaffed and the food was just okay, nothing special, unfortunately. The toilets were very clean but there was no hand soap (even 30 minutes after we mentioned it to the staff. I think it comes back to the fact they were understaffed). The Bolognese was below average too. Very simple and very basic. I am sure they're putting a lot of efforts, and it wasn't a bad experience, just not as good as it could be."

"Food is mostly good. Nothing horrible but some dishes are a little bland, the steak in black bean is just one in particular. The sweet and sour is different with a real tomatoey flavour that works really well. Definitely my favourite. I cannot fault the service here. I left my wallet in the car, and the waitress offered to watch my son while i ducked back out the front to grab it. She was having a laugh with him and he was so excited. That was actually quite nice to experience. Prices are kind of all over the place and some things i think are a little expensive for basic chinese food. It is a small restaurant with some dining in tables but no real ambience..."

"This is quite a nice subway store, very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, I ordered a foot long roll with turkey and salad, the only slight downside to my visit was that the Multigrain roll which I received was not as soft...or fresh as Im used to, it seemed to be a little stale, but despite this small inconvenience, it was still an enjoyable meal"
