"We have visited this restaurant many times over the years and it's always been a great experience. The steak with sauce is perfect and the pizzas and pasta dishes are a favourite. Some of our party had dietary requirements and there were a range of gluten free/vegetarian options available. We find the staff friendly and helpful and would recommend this restaurant to anyone."

"Thoroughly enjoyed lunch at the golf club today. excellent service very friendly staff. The cheesecake of the day had raspberries and when I commented I didn't like raspberries, was offered a couple of alternatives including salted caramel sauce. I had the haggis fritters which were delicious and then my favourite,delightful sticky toffee pudding. Prices very good too. Would definitely return. Christmas menus look very good and well priced. The views from the restaraunt are amazing too"

"We decided to eat here as the food in our hotel nearby wasn’t good. The staff were so friendly and did their best to fit us in on a busy Saturday night. Service was fantastic. The food was beautiful we had starters, mains and dessert and couldn’t fault anything. We had such a lovely evening, thank you to the manager who was fantastic too."

"Had a wonderful meal here for a works night out. Food was superb. Small family run, all food made to order nice to get away from the chains and find an independent. We ere the last guests there and the chef came out and had a chat with us. I will be back."

"Normally have no problems but ordered today, and I appreciate it’s Christmas Eve, but we were given a 45 minute ETA on our food. Phoned after 1hr 15mins to be told they were really busy and the food was still there yes, getting colder and colder as the clock ticked. Had to push for an ETA and was again told they were really busy so probably 30 minutes or so . . . . No problem with take aways being busy but set a realistic ETA and prepare my food closer to the estomated pickup time so it’s not cold when it arrives!"
